An Open Petition in Vedio: Exclusive Exposure of Evidences.
This is a research based Documentary film in English,Bengali and Hindi.
We worked for the Humanity and Nature,targated marcilessly with indiscriminate Marxist regime Gestapo strike power.
We researched and accesed all relevant DOCUMENTS and EVIDENCES since September, 2005. We invented the lost or underground Eye witnesss of the massacre in Bengal and out of Bengal.We talked to those lost and supposed to be dead.
We interviewd scores of people,directly or indirectly involved. We looked for archives
stored .We got all petitions, correspondance, news prints and legal documents to create this Human Petition to protect Human and Civil rights of marginalised and enslaved under classes,immigrants and Refugees.
We interviwed Eye Witnesses throughly unfolding the horrible hours. We talked face to face to the leaders of the Marichjhanpi movement including Satish Mandal right in and around Dandakaranya. Experienced hard talks with Ministers,Officials and Police personnels of the time.
We got all the political leaders involved,M.P.s,M.L.A.s,legal experts, Journalists, social activists, Panchayet officials, grass root lavel workers, Party caders, local residents, teachers,
doctors and other professionals.
We followed the legal and judicial proccedure as well.
It is all in all forty hours` affair or even more. We edited it intensely to accomodate in accordance with international standerd and timeline.

This is an open Global Suo Motto Petition in Vedio format demanding prosecution
of the war criminals against Humanity and Nature who violated all the U.N. Charters, International laws, National constitions and liabilities of freedom, words given by National leaders, Secularism, Human Rights,CIVIL Rights, International and Inland water laws and, of course, Indian penal code.
We urge your co-operation to mobilise Mass movement against killers at large.
This work is dedicated to all those Killed or To Be Killed, bearing the burn of
inherent inequality and injustice.
